- Basic Center Program (BCP): The purpose of the BCP is to provide an alternative for runaway and homeless youth who might otherwise end up with law enforcement or in the child welfare, mental health, or juvenile justice systems. - Street Outreach Program (SOP): The purpose of the SOP is to provide prevention services to runaway and homeless and street youth who have been subjected to, or are at risk of being subjected to, sexual abuse or sexual exploitation.
