SAMHSA developed Guidance — Strategies, Tools, and Tips for Supportive and Meaningful Youth Engagement in Federal Government-Sponsored Meetings and Events — to provide federal staff and contractors with strategies, tools, and tips that better support the engagement of youth in government-sponsored events and meetings.

The Interagency Working Group on Youth Programs recognizes the importance of Positive Youth Development (PYD) and created a national Research Agenda on PYD that describes the key research domains and questions that could benefit from future research.

To help youth effectively address the issues of the day, IWGYP has updated the YE4C homepage by adding a Current Events page to give priority focus the best federal resources that are timely and responsive to the issues that are top-of-mind to youth today.
